Voter Fraud Billboard Targets Minorities

Billboards recently have been put up in minority neighborhood in Milwaukee. They are driven to enforce that "Voter Fraud is a Felony! Up To 3 1/2 YRS & $10,000 Fine". But who they are suppressing and their location have caused a stir amongst residents. Clear Channel Communications, Inc. commissioned for the billboards to built while excluding their name. In lieu of the company name it says "Paid for by Private Family Foundation".
